NZAYISENGA Schadrack Arnaud

Mr. Schadrack Arnaud NZAYISENGA holds a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. Since January 04th 2022,he has served as the Director of Administration and Finance Unit at the National Council of Nurses and Midwives.

Prior to this role, he served as an Accountant of Non-Budget Officer at Kicukiro District from January 16th 2016 to December 2021.

Earlier in his career,he was an Accountant at health centers in Nyamagabe District and began his professional journey as a cashier at Banque Populaie du Rwanda Nyamagabe branch

MUSABYIMANA TWAHIRWA Jean Damascene

MUSABYIMANA TWAHIRWA Jean Damascene is a Nursing and Midwifery professional with extensive experience in healthcare leardship, education and professional regulation in Rwanda. He currently serves as the Director of Education and Examination unit at the National Council of Nurses and Midwives.                                                                                                                      

He served as the Principal of Kibungo School of Nursing an Midwifery and previously worked as the Chief Nursing Officer at Nyamata District Hospital.                                                                                                                                                               

KALISA Viateur

Kalisa Viateur is servers as the Director of Registration an Licensure Unit at National Council of Nurses and Midwives (NCNM) since May 2025.He is a professional nurse, clinical psychologist and consultant health facilities accreditation surveyor.

With over 20 years of progressive professional experience, he has held several key leadership positions, including Direcror of Nursing and Midwifery Unit, Head of the Accident and Emergency Department at Kirehe District Hospital and Head of the Surgery and Theatre Department at Rwinkwavu District Hospital.

In recognition of his outstanding leadership, dedication and professional excellence, he has received the Annual Best Nurse Leader and Best Clinical Nurse Awards on several occasions.
